Your Windows User Account has insufficient privileges to download and install the update. Right click the Consult-PRO Premium Enterprise icon and select Run as administrator.
Please change DPI setting to 100%.
Please ensure .NET 3.5 SP1 is installed/enabled and C:\ProgramData\Consult-PRO is granted full permission for the Windows user.

Login as the Super Admin. Click “user” located at the top and select ”manage users”. Click “New User”.
Please sign in with a user that has general admin privileges. Proceed to the Chairside module. Click series and select new. Enter a name for the series and click OK. Drag and drop the videos you wish to add to the series from the right pane to the middle pane. Click save when done.
Login as the Super Admin. Click File located at the top and select Organization / Office. Select the office tab you want to change. Enter a new office name and click save when done.
Login with a user. Select the patient you want to invite. Click on the (insert connect icon) icon. Select the preferred contact, mobile or email and click Send Connect Code.
