All products include one year of toll-free and internet technical support. Defective products or services can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery for the same product. Some Consult-PRO products use hardware protection keys to prevent software piracy; lost, damaged and stolen hardware keys are subject to a replacement fee. As a software provider with licensing fees all standalone in office product sales are final; every attempt will be made to ensure that these products are up and running properly with toll free technical and internet support. Web based products can be purchased for an upfront fee or monthly subscription, once the subscription period has ended the user may cancel that subscription by notifying Consult-PRO, in writing, of their proposed cancelation any time after the initial subscription period has ended, otherwise that subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
All New Consult-PRO standalone products that require shipment will be delivered via FedEx (or appropriate international courier) within; 3 business days of receipt of payment in North America; 5 business days of receipt of payment in Europe and South America; 7 business days of receipt of payment in Asia and the Middle East, (subject to rare border inspection and import delays). FedEx or appropriate international courier tracking numbers can be provided to the end user at the customer’s request. New updates to older software or internet based software activation can often be accomplished online in which case the service will be provided within one business day of receipt of payment. For updates to current software that must be shipped within North America, regular ground postal service is used. For all FedEx, Courier or postal services used the appropriate cost for the region is applied to all bills of sale. All shipping, import/tariff or bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the end user.
